Terms and
Conditions:
1. After booking has been made a deposit of 50%
of total booking amount must be made within one (1) week to secure booking.
2. A fee
of 10% of the total amount will be with held if booking is cancelled 2 weeks or
less of arrival, any cancellation sooner will be refunded.
3. A key
and breakage deposit of R 500.00 plus balance are payable two (2) weeks prior
to arrival.
4. Total
amount of your stay must be deposited in to our account two (2) weeks prior to
arrival, if deposit isn’t paid by then we will assume that the booking are
cancelled.
5. No
refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
6. Please
fax all proof of payments to 086 659 1306 and please use your surname as
reference

Arrival Time is 14h00 pm and Departure time 10h00 am.
8. Please
sign the terms and conditions and fax with deposit to 086 659 1306.
9. To use the TV facility a fee is charged of
R30.00 per day to connect DSTV.
10. A fee of R300.00 will be charged per booking
for linen usage. (NO VAT chargeable)
